Returns

We stand behind the Button Clip GTAW. If it doesn’t fit your torch, doesn’t hold your switch the way it should, or doesn’t do what we said it would, return it.

30-day return window

You have 30 daysfrom the delivery date to request a return. The clip must be in unused, original condition — meaning no signs of being installed on a torch, no shop dirt, no spatter, and the original packaging if you still have it (we won’t reject a return without packaging, but it helps).

What we accept

  • Wrong size — happens. Return for a refund or exchange to the right size.
  • Doesn’t fit your specific torch — even if the OD looked right, sometimes a torch revision changes a millimeter and the clip won’t seat properly. Send it back.
  • Manufacturing defect — anything we built wrong. We’ll cover return shipping on these.
  • Changed your mind — within the 30-day window, fine.

What we don’t accept

  • Clips that have been on a torch and used in welding service (visible spatter, heat tinting, glove abuse).
  • Clips returned past the 30-day window.
  • Clips that have been modified or cut.

How to request a return

Send us a message via the contact pagewith your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with a return shipping address and any specific instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned clip and confirm condition, we refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll see the refund hit your card statement 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we ship the new size as soon as the returned clip is confirmed received — you don’t pay twice. Outbound shipping on the exchange is on us when the original order was a wrong-size mistake.

Defective product

If you receive a clip that’s visibly defective out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping (paid label) and ship a replacement immediately.
