Where we ship
Switchklip ships within the United Statesfrom a US-based fulfillment center. International shipping is on the roadmap but not yet live — if you’re an international welder or distributor, contact us and we’ll let you know when international support opens.
Transit times
Standard transit within the continental US is typically 3–5 business days from order. Expedited options are shown at checkout when available.
We process and hand off orders to the carrier within 1 business day of order receipt (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
Carriers
We use USPS and UPS depending on order size and destination. The carrier and tracking number are emailed automatically when the package leaves fulfillment.
Order tracking
You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, then a shipping confirmation with tracking when the package is handed off to the carrier. If you don’t see either in your inbox within an hour of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
Shipping cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and the size you ordered. The Button Clip GTAW is small and light, so most US orders ship for a flat-rate fee in the low single digits.
Address corrections
If you typed the wrong address at checkout, contact us immediately. We can correct the address before the order leaves fulfillment, but once it’s on the carrier’s truck the package goes wherever you sent it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all (carrier-confirmed lost), contact uswithin 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll either ship a replacement or refund — your choice.
Wholesale & volume orders
Volume orders ship via freight carrier when above the parcel-shipping threshold. Wholesale shipping is quoted per-order — see the contact page to start a wholesale order.
Returns shipping
Outbound shipping on returns is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is for a defective product or a wrong-size error we made. See the returns page for the full policy.
