These Terms of Service govern your use of switchklip.com and any purchase from Switchklip. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The product
The Button Clip GTAW is sold as described on the product page. Compatibility claims with specific TIG torch handles and switch models are based on our own engineering and shop testing. Where compatibility hasn’t been verified for your exact equipment, contact us first — we’ll tell you straight before you order.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provided for the order total including shipping. Order confirmation emails are sent automatically; if you don’t receive one within an hour, contact us.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We’ll honor the price displayed at the time you submitted your order. Stock availability is shown on the product page; in the rare case we’re unable to fulfill an order, we’ll refund the full amount.
Shipping
See the shipping pagefor transit times, carriers, and shipping cost. Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit time is the carrier’s responsibility — though we’ll help you track and resolve any issues.
Returns

Use of the product
The Button Clip GTAW is a TIG welding accessory intended for professional and competent hobbyist welders. You are responsible for following all applicable safety guidance from the American Welding Society (AWS), your welding machine manufacturer (Miller, Lincoln Electric, Fronius, etc.), and your employer’s shop policies. Switchklip is not liable for misuse, modification of the product, or use of the product outside its intended application.
Warranty
The Button Clip GTAW is warranted against manufacturing defects for the 30-day return window. Defects identified after 30 days are evaluated case-by-case — contact us. The warranty does not cover damage from welding operations (heat, spatter, mechanical damage from the torch hitting an object), modification of the clip, or normal wear from extended use.
Site content
The articles, compatibility data, and install guidance on this site are published in good faith from our shop testing and OEM-cited sources. We don’t guarantee the information is complete or current — equipment revisions happen, OEM datasheets get updated. When in doubt, contact us or consult the OEM directly.
Trademarks
"Switchklip" and "Button Clip GTAW" are our trademarks. Other product names, OEM names, and switch part numbers (Miller, Lincoln Electric, Fronius, CK Worldwide, Radnor, American Torch Tip, Linde, EWS Pro, Everlast, SW-1, SW-1F, ETSW-1, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for compatibility identification only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switchklip’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of the product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes not resolved through good-faith discussion will be handled in the courts of the state in which Switchklip is registered.
